Foreign Mail

Foreign addresses should always have a separate field for the country name.
The country name field should be completed for all foreign addresses. Otherwise there is the possibility that our software will not recognize these addresses as foreign.
The country name should be in full – no abbreviations.
Domestic ( US ) addresses do not need the country field completed.
Some clients put foreign cities, provinces, postcodes and countries all together in the city field. This is not a good idea, as our software will not recognize them as foreign.
Alternatively, you may chose to make separate lists for both foreign & US records.
