If, on examination of your mail piece, there are any changes to this quote you will immediately be notified of the reason and any additional cost. When we can suggest a more cost effective way of doing your job, the savings will be passed back to you in full.
- What the USPS charges for postage is what you will pay – we will not profit from your postage!
Our postage estimate is just that – an estimate . Your invoice will reflect actual postage paid and any over-payment will be credited against our services. - The original Post Office receipt will be available for your inspection for all standard and first-class permit indicia mailings. This will allow you to confirm the total postage paid, the total number of pieces mailed and date of mailing.
